Why Choose Us?

We are a trusted steward...

As fourth generation producers, we understand first-hand that while land is a powerful financial asset, it often carries tremendous emotional value. As your agricultural partner, we strive to enhance the value AND return on your land assets.

We vow to be a trusted steward of you and/or your family's land and to manage the land assets as though they were our own.

We take a dynamic approach to managing every acre under our management. Each year a plan is formulated for each specific acre and our goal is to maximize the long-term production capacity of your land assets. This requires us to place a heavy focus on soil nutrition, crop rotation and efficient farming practices.

Our team has made communication with our landowners a priority.  You can expect seasonal/monthly updates showing you weather patterns, activity happening on your fields, production and yields, progress report and photos, and prompt delivery of payments when you need them.

The Benefits

Management

We offer you a hands-off solution to full management of your land assets and providing you with a passive income stream. It is our duty to keep you well-informed and will always be a phone call or quick email away if you have any questions or concerns.

Conservation

Soil Nutrition is paramount to a healthy and productive property. We take no shortcuts in replacing to the ground what we take. This improves both annual and long-term crop production, thus improving your asset value.

Rates

We have the ability to source our input fertilizers in bulk, therefore decreasing overall input costs. We also handle all grain marketing, ensuring you get competitive prices for your grains.

Resources

We have the labor and equipment resources to make sure your ground gets what it needs, when it needs it. We practice efficient farming methods to maximize things like moisture retention in the soil and minimize items such as compaction-- all things that ultimately optimize production.
